YOUR ENQUIRY
Clear about
what happens.
Your draft and your choice.
The enquiry guide prepares a message in your browser. It does not send an enquiry or upload files automatically. Online draft storage is optional, as described below. Your answers, current form step and choices about what to include are saved automatically in this browser on this device, so you can close the page and return. Your name, email and project details stay in that local draft until you clear it or clear this site’s browser data. “Clear enquiry draft” removes the form answers while keeping My inspiration projects and notes. “Save a text copy” downloads the brief to your device.
A different browser or device has its own draft. If persistent browser storage is unavailable, the form shows whether it can save for the current tab only or cannot save. Private browsing and clearing browser data may remove drafts. Anyone using the same browser profile can reopen the draft; clear it when you finish on a shared device. Opening WhatsApp or email does not clear it automatically.
Continue on another device.
When you choose “Create private link” in My inspiration or the enquiry, the site stores your enquiry answers, saved project identifiers, project notes, finish-guide choices and form position in its hosted database. The link lets you reopen and edit this private draft on another device without an account. Anyone with the link can view, edit or delete the draft. Keep it private. A saved or shared QR image contains this same private link; it stops opening the draft when the link expires or you delete the online draft. The site does not list these drafts publicly or send their contents or link tokens to analytics.
The link expires seven days after creation; editing does not extend it. Access stops at expiry, and expired draft content is removed on subsequent draft requests. “Delete online draft” removes its contents immediately and disables the link. A non-reversible link hash and expiry metadata remain to prevent a deleted or expired link from being reused. The raw link token is not stored in the database.
While a private draft is connected, changes save online from the enquiry and My inspiration. Wait for the saved confirmation before moving to another device; a failed or interrupted connection may leave the latest edits only on the current device. If two devices edit at once, the site asks which copy to continue with. Loading a shared draft replaces the enquiry and My inspiration on that device after you confirm. Copies already saved in browsers remain after online deletion or expiry; clear the enquiry and remove saved projects on a shared device when finished.
You choose the sending route.
Opening a WhatsApp or email draft passes your brief to that app. You can check it, attach files and send it there. Those services handle the message under their own terms and privacy practices. Attach photographs or films in your chosen messaging app after opening the draft.
Project information.
Share the details needed to discuss your work. Please leave out identification documents, financial account details and other sensitive material unless an appropriate channel has been agreed directly with ExotiCrete.
Your inspiration stays with you.
When you save a project or use the finish guide, this browser stores your project choices, short notes and guide answers on this device. No account is needed. Remove saved projects in My inspiration; clearing this site’s browser data also removes the list. A different device or browser has its own list unless you choose to load a private continuation link.
Your notes and guide answers are included in a WhatsApp or email draft only when you choose to include them. You review that draft and press Send in your chosen app. Website analytics may count guide starts, completed guides and projects saved, but do not collect your personal notes or enquiry text.
Browsing and hosting.
We use our own website analytics to understand which pages, projects and films people explore, whether visits include at least 45 seconds of active time, and how the enquiry guide is used. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
A random visit identifier stays in this tab’s session storage, expires after 30 minutes without measured activity and is not used to identify you across websites. Our analytics record page names, broad referral categories, active time, project and film interactions, and enquiry steps. They do not collect your name, email address, project brief, URL query strings or full referring addresses.
Active time counts while the page is visible and focused, with an idle limit; it is an estimate of engagement, not proof that someone read every word. Opening a WhatsApp or email draft is recorded as a handoff, not a received message. A short website reference in your draft allows us to confirm an enquiry when it actually arrives; confirmation stores the reference and channel, not the message.
Only the site owner can open the reporting dashboard. Visit and event data are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup on analytics requests. A temporary, keyed hash of a technical network address may be used for abuse limits and is removed after expiry; we do not store the raw address in our analytics database. Hosting providers and external services may process technical request information under their own practices.
Your choice.
We respect supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also switch off analytics here. Your choice is saved on this browser; the enquiry guide still works.
External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
